Spangler Environmental, Inc. was formed in the late 1990's with a focus on water resources consulting to developers, architects, and engineers.
We now serve private developers, industry and governments from Pennsylvania to Florida from our offices in Raleigh and WIlmington, NC.
We
are a DBE, certified by NCDOT, US Department of Defense,
and various local governments.
We are also a HUBZone-certified Small Business, certified
by the Small Business Administration of the US Department of Commerce.

serve industry peers by optimizing quality, speed, and cost
