Cody Papp joined Spangler Environmental in 2021 as an Environmental Technician II. As part of the Risk Management Group, Cody’s primary responsibilities include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, performing field work, conducting research, and preparing deliverables. Cody has 7 prior years of experience conducting Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III Environmental Site Assessments for the SC DHEC. He also has a HAZWOPER certification.

Cody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. As an avid outdoorsman, Cody is passionate about working outside and helping the environment. He is a big USC Gamecocks fan and enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing.
