William Thomas joined Spangler in 2022 as an Environmental Technician. As part of the Risk Management Services team, his primary responsibilities include assisting with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and Cultural Resources Memos.  William has five (5) years of field experience in wastewater/groundwater sampling and laboratory analytical services.

William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences from North Carolina State University and has obtained the level of Eagle Scout. In his past time, William enjoys collecting records, watching sporting events of his favorite teams, NC State Wolfpack and the Green Packers, and considers himself a Star Wars nerd.
